TOP is just riding the backwash of the pump from the morning. It will churn with the volume for a while till people get bored and realize the people responsible for the pump are long gone and this is the "new normal" for a while. Then it will slowly settle down a few satoshi until somebody decides it's time for the next pump, which may happen sooner or later depending on how quickly everybody decides to dump after they realize the current pump is done and whether they want to hold their bags or cut their losses.
Been there, done that too many times to count.
The only people w/o pumper who know if it is still going is mintpal support.They should see I think all transactions and who is making them.

No one is panic selling mint.
TOP pump will fail just like it did last time. We also saw 15 last time and then it dropped down to 4-5 for the next few months.
I'm holding Mint but 50 BTC was sold in less than 5 minutes, that was a panic sell from 40 to 25 and I got more at 25. Mint will be stable over 80 after the next halving but for now people with weak hands are getting out.

No one is panic selling mint.
