Come on faucet give me some more coins!!!

I've been in cryptoworld for a long time. This is really the first coin that looks promising!!! Ofcourse, coins like KDC are also very nice, but TOP is special, after 40 days there is no supply anymore, and if demand goes higher a lot, then it will be like a MST or NXT type of coin, nobody want to sell,and everybody want to buy.

I'd say 5 to 6 billion right now, but I'm not too sure on that. I know it will take us another 500 years to generate the other 5 billion

The 5 wall is almost gone.... some nice people are breaking the wall, why? Because they know it is CHEAP!!! Also did some twitter work, so maybe some people from my followers are buying TOPcoin too. Ok, i don't have a lot of followers, only 60, but they are all investors, or investor groups, so... maybe a few people bought a few coins. My target is 30.

The day it hit the first exchange? IT HIT 12 D:

The wallet will absolutely not sync for me! All I get is "Out of sync" appearing by the balance, and the little broken network icon in the status bar, bottom right. In the Debug Log, I get a ton of "socket select error 10022" messages and not a whole lot else.


I found a load of posts on here further back with people having problems but I couldn't find any solutions other than "have you tried turning it off and on again" type stuff.

I asked on Reddit and got more helpful responses but after: opening ports 18381-18382; adding a topcoin.conf with nodes; deleting the contents of the Topcoin Roaming folder; standing on my head and reciting the Moldovan pledge of Allegiance 3 times, I have come to the conclusion that nothing I do can fix this.

I've had several other wallets for about 7 or 8 other cryptos and had no problems whatsoever. Just seems to be this coin. At least I know I'm not alone.


In case it might help anybody help me, I'm using Windows 8, a BT Homehub router, wallet version 1.2, and the sample conf from the first page of this thread with the nodes listed there (also tried renaiming that to topcoin.conf.bak, in case it worked better without one).

The 2000 reward still stands, although I'll probably increase it, or give multiple 2k rewards away if more than one person leads to the solution.

Honestly, smart people are holding and not selling, only wake hands are selling, and i hope those coins go to strong holders and not profit taking people

First day I've seen it trading at between 5 and 6. Go TopCoin!

I'm always comparing it to other coins as this give you always a nice view on what a coin can be worth, of course, when more and more sites are using Topcoin, then we can start creating a DOGE type of coin and then even 100 will be too low, it all depends on supply and demand.

This looks really cool! Now I can gamble away all my top.

This is only the start.   But I almost feel 30 is too low, if you are talking about once TOP hits 1/coin block.   At that point I think more like 75-100 would be the right number.

WTF...

Someone is really buying a lot of TOPs!!!! 2.5BTC buy order and then another 1BTC, smart people with a lot of money!!!! TOP is worth 30 for sure!!! But you need money to buy of course...
