Yeah could be possible actually, and i think bumbacoin should take completely over as a developer because it seems that he knows what is doing.
However i am quite concerned that thetorcoin has not logged in for 12 days now, and the website is offline but i guess everything tends to get alright.

probably 12 millions is max supply of torcoins.
In a few months it is halving and they will be semi-annually until the PoS is introduced.
