my wallet and fully synchronized and no password . I received some coins several hours ago but the stakes just do not see , and why strange enough coin deposited by at least 1 hour.

coins are this afternoon at 15:30 , and I'm using the latest version of 19 January that beta
So as a summary:
You sent coins to your wallet this afternoon (several hours ago), you are using the latest wallet which is not encrypted and your wallet is fully synced (compare the number of blocks to https://explorer.triangles.technology)? And the tooltyp still says "not staking because you don't have mature coins"?
il mio wallet e completamente sincronizzato e senza password. Ho ricevuto alcune monete diverse ore fa ma lo stake proprio non si vede, e strano perchè bastavano coin depositate da almeno 1 ora.

Issue the following command in the debug console:
walletpassphrase
(50000 is the timeout in seconds until the wallet gets locked again). If you use the current beta the debug console will close after you hit ENTER due to a small bug. Simply reopen the console to see the result of your command.

Do what the error message tells you:
Add "server=1" to triangles.conf in %appdata%\triangles. Also add "rpcuser=trianglesrpc" and "rpcpassword=yourpassword" (all without the "").
stake in me remains the writing that the coins are not yet ripe .
or tried the command you wrote above the console and gives me this error :

Well, if your wallet is not encrypted you don't have to unlock the wallet for staking, therefore the error message is correct.
How mature are your coins? At least 1 hour?
If they are older, did the wallet stake earlier? Which wallet are you using? The stable release or the beta2?

Have no problem with the wallet, installed windows version https://info.triangles.technology/downloads/triangles-win32_qt_v4111_black_pharao_BETA_2_VERSION_RELEASE.zip
with 18 active connections so far so good, i'll help triangles to secure the network by keeping my wallet online for 20 hours a day

You can switch back and forth between the stable release and the beta without having to change anything in %appdata%. Keep a backup though - simply because everyone should have a backup of his/her wallets.
Oh - and it looks way better.
