No country restrictions then? Only US has special steps?

There is a list of restricted countries unfortunately:

Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central African Republic, China, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, New Zealand, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, United States of America, Vanuatu, and Yemen

For US citizens, we can only accept accredited investors with assets greater than $1m and annual salary greater than $250k per year, because of SEC laws.

Really interesting and diverse group of countries.But their loss i guess.Still shame for US tho,big market.

this could be great, love the gaming projects

indeed. Especially if you're a gamer, and enjoy making some money on the side

Rare are those who dont enjoy making money on the side i think.Esp if you make it by doing something you enjoy.

Yep,we all dreamt of doing that,all of us gamers,to be able to make something out of that.And finally thatsnks to TriForce that might be possible even for casual gamers.

What is this KYC thing?
The system performs several functions at once. On the one hand, KYC gives the financial structure the opportunity to protect its interests:
1) it certifies the identity of the client;
2) allows the security service to determine the degree of risk of involving the client in illegal activities (a priori it is considered that every single client is subject to such risk);
3) allows, in order to manage its own risks, to establish a filter regulating the type and number of transactions for a specific client;
4) allows you to track unusual client transactions and, if necessary, initiate their investigation.

What is this KYC thing?

Know your customer ('KYC') is the process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients.[1] The term is also used to refer to the bank and anti-money laundering regulations which governs these activities.

In order to abide by many countries legislation and regulations, they now require you to conduct or implement a KYC process before allowing anyone to contribute towards your ICO. It is a good practice that any good and legitimate ICO will implement.

As long as you are not trying to launder money or you are on some government watchlist, you have nothing to worry about. It is a simple 5 minute process that will just ask for some of your details and for some government issued ID. Once you have completed and your details have been cross referenced with government databases, if all is okay and we get the green light, you will be added to the whitelist. The whitelist is a list of approved contributors. In order to participate in the token sale, you need to be on the whitelist.

You should be quick however, as we have limited spaces on the whitelist. Only 2,000 participants at this point.

You will be able to start the KYC process as of the 16th January 2018. Be sure to subscribe to our emails on our website https://triforcetokens.io to ensure you are kept up-to-date.

What's the main issue for those countries?

There are laws in place which stops us from taking contributions from anyone residing in any of those countries.

Since there is som much money in gaming lately,maybe if you are very very good,you will be able to make enough money to live off TriForce.

Im pretty sure that will be possible,if you live in some country with lower standard,as i know some people who live in some poorer european countries and are easily making more than average salary in their country,by playing games.And they are not pros.
