Careful downloading executables from strangers on the internet!
All I did was fix a few things so it would actually compile. There are a bunch of files included in the archive which you may or may not need as dependancies for Positron-qt.exe.

Again, all I did was compile the latest code on the repo with a couple fixes applied to get it to build the Qt wallet. (just sayin' cause I don't want to be held responsible for network issues or anything due to the version update)
So are you inferring that this compile you've done rectifies the issue currently being experienced with the Windows wallet?
It should. It is built from the same code that, according to several pool admins (suchpool, suprnova) is what they updated to several hours ago. Apparantly bittrex as well according to suchpool admin.
