If you read carefully what devs have said before, they were decided to lower the stake to 10/week for jr and member rank, because these ranks can't wear the avatar.

Maybe because we never knew how much Eth will be valued during the time escrows release the crowdfund? By the way escrow terms is crowdfund released after tokens fully distributed?
