I've withdrawn 4 times from them.
The only problem is that earnings are lowering by day I think.

your earnings depents on clicks per view that means if you got 10 views and 10 clicks your earnings are very higher than 10000 viewls and 50 clicks.

Is this better than a-ads?
Yes, they pay for both CPM and CPC; I've found that a-ads payout is relatively low compared to bitmedia and other ad networks, however that might just be me.
However, there is a alleged scam accusation open against them, so you might want to wait.
