If you added the same code twice, tracking would be off as both the banners would show the same amount of clicks in your statistics as they use the same code.
If you want to track how many clicks each ad gets so you can play around with ad placement and see what works best, use two different ad codes.
Generally, people use two different ad codes.

Another question: I have added a new website (it show as approved) I have created the ads but it show 0 views for all units.

With U-ads you will earn good amounts if you get a lot of clicks on your banners, per impression you do not make as much as you would with mellowads, mellowads is better per impression but per click u-ads is number 1 so you make the decision which one would work best for you based off if you get a lot of unique banner clicks

I got for every click 8501 satoshis and for every view +1 satoshi.
