Couldn't we just vote for a price? For example 1 Unobtanium per 10 BTC!
Hopefully the exchanges see the interest in the trade thread and pick it up soon.

We're just covering all the bases. We feel that there are a good deal of strengths to this coin including low reward, lack of stake, and being based on a recent BTC build rather than legacy code make it an attractive alternative for the ASIC market. We're more than open to any other exchanges who may be interested to contact us.
