I have pushed updated source code to github and will kick off the Windows build now.
The issue was not a fork, but a scenario that pushed the difficulty back to the minimum.

I might be having some issues.
Checked a transaction from new source code to see if payouts are going as they should.
For some reason, I didn't see the transactions and worse of all is that my daemon has only 5 connections.
