Is there a minimum (soft cap) amount you need to gather in total investments in order for the project to start?
It's 2000 ETH from the website but I believe it was written when ETH was 300. So they stated they need 600k USD in order to start.
That would be correct at the time ETH was much lower. To start a 600k USD minimum would lift us off the ground. We foresee much more potential and are staying optimistic to raise at least that.

No we are not affiliated whatsoever. We are specifically developing Lyra Neural Network which is a serverless framework allowing the Vega A.I. bot to freely integrate via service calls to and from other applications like Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc. Thanks for the question and I hope that resolves any confusion!

The Vega trading application can easily integrate with the Novusphere's Advanced File Index System (AFIX) to store and retrieve essential data for market trading predictions. We also have future plans to leverage our machine learning tools to improve the overall performance and reliability of the AFIX system.
when is the ico going to launch anyway?
Our ICO launches the 24th of November, 2017 and is planned to end on the 16th of December, 2017.

Vega Intelligent Solutions, LLC is a separate entity from Novusphere. We are working with the Novusphere team for consultation and future partnerships to leverage both technologies in our Corp-to-Corp collaboration.

Oh, automated trading over multiple exchanges like bot. It's really interesting and promising feature. I am waiting for prototype development, too.
Thanks for your interest! We are very excited to release our prototype as well! We currently have a bot in our proof of concept that features interaction on Telegram to find predictions for your specified interests by pulling real-time market data and analysis from Poloniex. I escrowed for novusphere, the one that came up with atmos. I'm not sure about that other guy, probably not unless the ICO accepts other coins. I believe Novus is one company, and Novusphere and Vega are both under it as separate entities. So they are all separate.
As is usually typical with ETH or ERC20 ICOs, please send from a wallet that you control and not from an exchange or online wallet; these things track spends from addresses and issue tokens to those addresses.
