It's looking more and more like the Versa dev is Ccex admin - same person. What else would explain Ccex 2 day late ridiculous response that they are waiting for the dev to end ico? Nothing else explains it.

Guys, the rule is simple: never buy an ICO from C-CEX.
Admittedly this is a scam like always before.
This exchange is controlled by pump&dumpers and scammers and now seem to have hired ICM to try to make their scams look as a good and inovative coin.

^^refund ~52 BTC... over his cold dead body he'll do that willingly. The only hope for that is for c-cex to abide by its ICO rules posted in their page. I've had good experiences on that exchange, I believe they will make this right by the community.
