damn thats rough, so only the pre-sale buyers will be able to stake the rest of us just need to hold all the VERSA we bought as dead value till you choose? damn i would not have bought if i knew i would have 2 weeks of dead BTC to hold now 
i saw 3 hours left on ICO and figured the project would start inna few days, heck even the dev said in PM wallets would be up 10 hours ago :\ cash GRAB

nothin to do with CCEX, check Dev's twitter, he wants the whole 100BTC before closing the ICO. no productes or wallets till he gets his 100BTC. ICO will not end by HIS hand, nothing to do with CCEX
If this is true this is fraud, and Ccex should do the right thing and put up a 100% buy wall, refund trade fees and keep the dev's ico fee. All they have to do is check the OP and confirm when the ICO was supposed to end.
Either this is Ccex incompetence or this dev should get nothing.

The problem is C-cex. No administrators have been around all day. I guess they just let the exchange run on auto-pilot all weekend. Really professional.

I slated this coin at the start for not going the POW route and still stand by that, but I have to admit that this isn't the devs fault that C-CEX has let this ICO keep running

why is the freakin ICO still open. C-cex sucks. They better refund late buyers.
First off, this situation is not easy to handle for a dozen of reasons. Your "late buyers" may not wish a refund. In all honesty, we see no point in purchasing on a coin if the only type of motivation that keeps you going is a refund you so truly desire. They will decide on their portfolios without someone's else interruptions. 1/2 of the crowdfund wall is what the most of the buyers usually find sufficient.
By "Late buyers" I mean the people who are buying right now when the ICO is over according to your OP. They should be canceled and refunded. The %50 buy wall is going to get demolished if they aren't. Early investors will be pissed.
"Late buyers", "latecomers"... Whether they should be refunded or not, we'll discuss later. For now, all you can do is wait and stop fudding.
