Alright, here is how it went (though we're a little embarrassed at this matter):
1. Before the coin launch, c-cex owner has been asked if we can manipulate deadlines provided we officially announce this. That was a completely hypothetical question.
2. C-cex owner agreed provided we have an announcement saying the deadline is postponed.
3. We've not received a word from c-cex owner at the time of the crowdfund (and countdown) ending. We did not contact him either, because we thought he hits us up. This led to a little misunderstanding.
4. For whatever reason c-cex owner thought we're extending the crowdfund, despite we never posted that. We have never told him to extend either, and recently, have stated that we're not responsible for the deadline delay, which is true, because we had no clue what happened.
5. Despite multiple tweets and support tickets c-cex owner kept thinking, that extension is taking place.
6. We finally contacted c-cex owner and asked to open the trading.

Wow, first dev to ever delete my post. This is a red flag for me. Why not defend what I posted instead of deleting it?

i also had posts deleted, and am also an investor so was just voicing my own questions/concerns. good way to build a community :\
i even offered to complie a wallet free of charge for users so they could check out SOMETHING of a product here. i fear how this will all go...

C-cex is offline on skype. What do you base your assumption on? You should not trust everything you read in that chat.

damn thats rough, so only the pre-sale buyers will be able to stake the rest of us just need to hold all the VERSA we bought as dead value till you choose? damn i would not have bought if i knew i would have 2 weeks of dead BTC to hold now 
i saw 3 hours left on ICO and figured the project would start inna few days, heck even the dev said in PM wallets would be up 10 hours ago :\ cash GRAB

This statement is absolutely irrelevant. You should have known before you posted this that withdrawals and deposits are disabled and regardless of whether the chain running or not, you will not be able to move your coins.
If the chain does not move then we know that no staking is occurring. Why is that fact irrelevant?
All this fud is irrelevant simply because exchange does not stake no matter what is the chain state. We hope you got the point. Again, here is a brief recap: no withdrawals, deposits, staking and trading is allowed until the crowdfund ends. Wallets and block explorer will be up after we close this sale and the market is officially disabled.

when they get up they will close the ICO ( not sure what exactly what happen, would the late buys get refunded or nothing will happen )
there is not staking or any bullshit as long as ICO did not end ( Read CEX rules for ICO )

We said clearly that we're not in charge for the deadline delay. There’s no longer going to be any kind of slowing down and taking it to the point where people wonder "What happened?". Yesterday we stated that our crowdfund could possibly sell out assuming it will last for a while. Please notice, we said "Presumably". We will not under any circumstances be held responsible for the delay inflicted, and will not be able to take approach to these concerns at the moment. The fact the sale keeps running is currently beyond the control of ours, and there is no countermeasure against preclusion people from buying we could constitute. Please be patient.

Dear devs, i know it will be tempting not to take all the free cash flowing in, but you DO realise that this coin will be tainted forever for poorly executed unfair ico if you won't least try to fix this somehow... You said that "maybe people won't like to get refunded". Yeah, of course THEY won't, they just bought it. But i freaking do! ( if you don't at least TRY to fix this). Many of us did the math of buying close to "deadline". Now this is starting to sound like a crowdsourced holiday AGAIN.
