There are some fundamental differences between us. Yes both of us are doing vehicle history, but besides that almost nothing else is the same.
We see vehicle history as just a part of a much grander vision.ย
We are creating the future of connected cars, we just happened to start with vehicle history.
Today whenever you generate data, someone else profits from it. Think of facebook. They collect thousands of dollars worth of information from you, and you never see a cent.
Ultimately what we are doing is putting people in control of their own data.
We want to create a network of connected cars where all drivers worldwide are connected to VINchain. In this network all of the data that they generate belongs to them.
In this connected network, other business models can be built on top. Things like connecting to the drivers at the exact time when they need a specific service.
We are planning on generating revenue right after the launch of our solution
We have many great partners who are ready to do business with us. By the time of our launch their vehicle reports will be sourced by us. Also they will contribute their massive databases to us. So we are starting out ahead of the competition. Also they will accept our coins as a form of payment

We have decided to build our own blockchain from the beginning so we wouldnโt overload the eth network and we would not cause inconvenience for everyone. And we have decided to use ETH because at the start of our project ETH was the most popular platform with smart-contacts available.
What type of blockchain are we talking about? Something like ETH or Waves/NXT? Or one of those directed acyclic graph based crypto projects. I'm sure you can figure that out.

What were your thoughts about using ETH Blockchain as base of your project? Atm the eth network is still slow and its expensive to transfer Coins or Tokens from one Wallet to another?
