The hashes will confirm the immutability of information. For today there is no possibility to store all the information in the blockchain. But as soon as technology appears, we will go further. Too bad that I did not know about your epicvin partner before( I bought used car which was stolen. And i got a vin report for 9 usd on epicvin and it clearly showed - stolen! Other services ย showed nothing. That is why we need decentralized database - so info can't be modified or deleted
