As you are aware, we have had the WC currency offline for some time now. The reason is because our wallets are getting corrupted everytime we restart them. This has been a constant headache for us and the coin developers (whom we've been working with). We will be rebuilding our wallets from scratch and so everyone will have to generate a new address. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR OLD DEPOSIT ADDRESSES AFTER 5/8/14. We hope to have the currency back online shortly.
[Update]: The wallets are open for deposits and withdrawals again. As previously mentioned, please DO NOT use your old address.

Why the price keeps falling? It's very demoralizing. 
Because people are selling instead of setting sell order.
Trading bots can easily buy cheaper coins and drain market cap.
