Is there any info on the team members on Linkedin ?

Hey, the team is actually bigger than what is posted and only the lead from each department is posted. We are getting legal advise and also hiring some legal experts because of the complex environment regarding Token Sales and will publish details once we get the go ahead from legal. You might know that making an app (that too this complex) is not a one man job and Deepak is just the development team lead. There are around a total of 12-15 members in the team including full time employees, independent contractors and interns.

Then why don't you list the whole team and give us the Linkedin info? Or is there none?

As I said before, it is because of the complex legal environment relating to Token Sales. Sorry you feel so, but if you go out in the market to get any (even the most basic) app made, you will know it is impossible for a single person to do it. We have an app demo available on the website, so that people know exactly what the product is.

Thanks!

Interest concept! I like the idea but just kinda concerned about the risk that of what users will do on your wifi network. That's kinda the problem free public wifi has ran into as well and why most of us have passwords on our private networks right now lol. Could you setup a separate network from the main one with its own login and upload that?

Hey, when someone uses the CryptoWi app to buy and use a network, he is not given the password directly. The app takes care of this and connects him directly to the network without revealing the password to the end user. Also, all of this is encrypted.

This is an interesting concept, check out our interview to the Wic team as the answered common and important questions about
their ico.
These questions are all provided by Bitcointalk members check it out and see if it really worth to invest in this project you can leave a reply in our blog and it's not moderated.

Sounds like with the right team and plan, this might work. I know a few apps already played around with this concept. They were never properly incentive though. Reward system are always a good motivator for staying the course. If it's profitable, the user base will build itself.

Yes we have the bonus of 100 WiC/password in the initial stages to encourage more users to use our app!

This is a unique project, unseen in crypto. Would WiC ever partner with Comcast (Xfinity), At&t or any other internet provider if it presented itself. I'm sure one of those big companies would jump in head first, especially if they can monetize from it. Has the team reached out to those providers or are they waiting for more exposure first?

We are open to all strategic partnerships that can help mass adoption of CryptoWi and WiC. As far as Comcast 7 At&T are concerned, I guess we will have to first generate a large loyal user base and then maybe the big companies will start to join us.

I do not understand the project well, do I share the password of any wifi and gain it? What is the main purpose of the project?

Hey, so our project basically rewards users for sharing WiFi networks. So, suppose you upload your office WiFi, you get 100 WiC reward for it and you also set a selling price for it in WiC. Suppose you set it at 50 WiC, now if someone wants to connect to that network he/she has to first pay you 50 WiC and then the app connects him/her to the network securely.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before , I didn't read all pages.

Is it possible to set the price at 0 wic or free of charge ?, I think " selling " a public wifi is unethical attitude, in other side this will be good way to promote, everyone can start using WIC app for free.

Yes it is possible to set the price to 0 WiC. Also, we have implemented a safety feature where an uploader cannot leave the password blank, meaning if someone tries to upload a free and open network, he will get an error and won't be able to do so.

Thanks!

Very interesting concept. If I share my wifi password, the users who bought the shared WIFI can access my local area network. Does WiC  app provide any means to protect the shared WIFI or isolate the local area network users from the outsiders.
