Yes. Anyone will be able to make both games and game coins on top of Chimera, as well as assets such as items, weapons and armor. We will take advantage of this ourselves to build ChronoKings, SnailBrain's original plan years go.

Chimera itself is just a platform for games, so there won't be screenshots for a while until we build the protocol, first. GitHub will probably be relatively sooner, but not yet.
