And my place in line (order #) will be held if I pay on the 1st day that is sent or the 7th? Just wanting to make sure I dont have to miss AM dividends this week.

Also what the fuck? Shipping is $163 on a $199 purchase and it is added onto the escrow? Somethings wrong. Can I just order with the weird shipping and have it fixed later?

Edit: Wanted to secure a low order so I went ahead with the faulty shipping and the n/a in the po box and business questions. Hopefully this can be solved.
