Let me repeated one more time. Lannister was not the original developer. He did not develop any code used currently by Elastic

Hey you Lmbomoonshit, the last one you've got it already, you have to accept this reality that you missed out on cheap XEL, but I have good news for you : it is just the beginning and the moon you really wanna go can only be possible if you buy the XEL at current cheap prices or you would only be stuck  with the " shit" part of your well deserved and respected name.

Cheers buddy to the Moonnn$

Guess what? XEL will never be listed on a major exchange. They don't accept coins with anonymous devs, and they will be notified of XEL's history (especially Lannister's theft of donated funds).

Good luck dumping all your XEL on Heatwallet, I hear there's at least 1 BTC up for grabs over there!

....

There have been multiple warnings about XEL. Someone even warned that XEL was a scam shortly before Lannister disappeared with the money: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-alert-elastic-project-the-decentralized-supercomputer-1426466

And another one:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-elastic-project-likely-a-scam-no-code-wallet-simply-a-copy-of-nxt-1530312

Go away please.
Start your own XEL-Scam related thread and keep warning there.
Nobody wants you here. Soon, you'll be writing to yourself...

Worthless dumb guy. Every project has one.

Did you really just quote a scammer to prove that XEL isn't a scam?

Talk about irony...

How does this project compare to Golem?

This project doesn't compare to Golem. Golem is more advanced and capable in every way, and that's reflected in its marketcap. You can read a more reliable assessment of Golem's plans here: https://blog.golemproject.net/the-challenges-ahead-933f040cba95

The XEL fanboys want you to think Golem is nothing but a glorified rendering machine, but that's only so they can trick you into buying their worthless XEL coins at 100x the ICO price:

Quote
Task definition and verification

Golem requires a foundation suitable for creating distributed tasks of general and specific applications (e.g. rendering vs a custom application). A task definition framework and related API calls are being developed in order to streamline the creation process. By providing templates for common applications, this system will help users define task parameters and prerequisites, break tasks down to subtasks, and create verification and result collection processes.

You might be interested in these other tidbits about XEL too:

  • The original developer (Lannister) abandoned the project
  • There is no current white paper
  • The new developer insists on remaining anonymous, which will most likely prevent XEL from being listed on major exchanges. It also means he can easily take the money and disappear if these coins ever become valuable
  • The current marketcap was basically pulled out of thin air by the few people who hold the majority of XEL. 25k sats is an absurd price for this coin. Even 5k sats is a ripoff

Lannister was never the original developer. He was community manager for a while.

Status of Lannister and the ICO funds
April 15, 2017 by Unvoid

Lannister is gone. ICO funds are gone. We don’t know why. We don’t know if we ever see him again. It’s not like “he took all the funds and run away” because before disappearing he rewarded some of community members with some BTC for their work. He mentioned that he have some health problems also. That’s all we know now.

I’ts not like he didn’t helped us. He helped a lot. Mostly on server and scripts side.

No doubt he has a mission, possibly with accompanying strong FOMO

Let's remind ourselves the definition
Fear of missing out or FoMO is "a pervasive apprehension that others might be having rewarding experiences from which one is absent".

The white paper is currently under development
EK is the original developer not a new developer. He is being here since the beginning
The current marketcap is very low

Does anyone know why Coinmarketcap has the circulating supply at 66,216,574?

Also this was a great read:

There are a lot of XEL that hasn't reedemed yet, also too many donators lost their private keys so a good amount of XEL has lost forever.

I just got to know this project! It's incredible! Shocked I noticed a move and the interesting thing is that you are listed in a very small exchange, are there any other ways to buy $XEL? 25k sat is a fair price?

I've heard that have a big exchange will be list very soon.

Hey guys!

Long time lurker of Bitcointalk, just decided it was about time to have my first post done :-)

I have been following the Elastic project since months ago. I see you are going to be listed on bittrex soon, how do I make sure to know as soon as it gets listed? Cheesy I surely don't want to miss the first moments!

(other than refreshing this forum every couple of minutes, of course...)

You can join XEL slack. Smiley
