Well, it's been more than a month that I didn't need to deposit or withdraw XFC from Livecoin but I never had an issue. Only once, they just needed more time to confirm the tx.
As I just checked seems that Deposit and Withdraw buttons are available but the Out of Sync warning is still in place. Undecided

Btw I also don't believe that Live can compare with Yobit in shadiness...

From my personal experience with all three exchangers, I will suggest in any case to go firstly with Coindeal and then Livecoin.
Some times (idk why) Livecoin has the wallet unavailable, like today (Out of Sync message)...

They should all be active. I would recommend getting into contact with the website's customer support to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

I can also recommend that you also give CoinDeal a try. We've had a good experience working with them and everything there seems to run quite smoothly.

Check again I just check Livecoin.com is working OK for me and wallet is also in live mode have no issue.

For the moment both links are active since we are trying to find any possible bugs through live Beta testing.

The new market will include options like card exchange, card pack purchases, lease, and auction. I'm attaching some links with the necessary information at the bottom of the post.

"The duration of one lease agreement is of either one match (in which the card is used), but not more than seven days."
You can also choose the recurring lease option. "The Recurring option, when active, tells the system that the card needs to be placed back on the Lease market, once the previous manager who had leased the card has used the card."
