Hi! I sent BTC directly from my Trezor, to purchase XFCCOIN. I received a receipt from the Tokenly Bot that the swap was complete . The coins were sent to recipient's address (Trezor) . How can I view them and transfer them to another wallet? Help
If you used other BTC wallet than a counterparty compatible wallet you must import your private key from that wallet in a counterparty (footballcoin) wallet to be able to see your assets (xfccoin/player/stadium cards etc.)
So open a counterparty/footballcoin wallet and keep safe your 12 words passphrase; After that follow the next instruction:
https://counterpartytalk.org/t/how-to-use-private-key-to-import-btc-funds-from-external-address-to-counterwallet-address/1225Let me know if you were successful antunes. The counterwallet sweep function doesn't work for me.
I paid for this coin using my Trezor. So I contacted the Trezor support team and this is their answer:
"Hello Josefina,
thank you for contacting our support.
Long story short - nowhere. Your private keys are being derived from recovery seed which works as a security backup. Private keys are by default stored in the device and cannot be extracted. That's basically one of the main security features of TREZOR.
Anything else I can help you with?
Best regards,

I wrote them back explaining in detail the situation and I am waiting for an answer.
New e-mail from the Trezor just came in:
Hello Josefina,
Here is Ben from SatoshiLabs team.
TREZOR supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Namecoin, Testnet, Dash, ETH/ETC (ERC-20 tokens as well) and ZCash.
Our TREZOR Wallet (wallet.trezor.io) supports directly Bitcoin, Litecoin (in beta-wallet.trezor.io) Dash and ZCash; others can be supported through third-party wallets (like MyEtherWallet for ETH/ETC as an example). There are no integrated wallets with our product for Dogecoin and Namecoin at the moment, they are only supported by the firmware.
The article about the new firmware that enable the support for ERC-20 tokens can be found here -
