The current block reward is jumping from one block to another. The update will fix this issue. Unfortunately, once we stabilize the reward, the reward might become trivial if the network hashrate stays at 50 MH/s.

Also, for now the block reward cannot be 50 XMG because of the diff jumping. The update will make the rewards stabilized at 50 XMG if the network hashrate is 20MH/s,
