But the new version stakes perfectly fine now!

Yes, it does do a good job of staking now!

These prices are absurdly low for the quality of work we have seen the last few days.

Whales putting a lot of downwards pressure on the market.

Yup, for sure they are!

Here's an updated Windows QT 1.6.1.13:  https://mega.co.nz/#!VA8AQI4J!VaLnXkuTdz-3_Rasm8iqrTwYF8OkorjCGA69YMbLvjg

This cleans up the Quant page and fixes the weird artifacts that were showing up in the charts.  I separated the volume chart out into its own chart instead of an additional plottable area in the candlestick chart, seems to have done the trick.

As to rhkazani1's issue with the icons disappearing, I will put a fix in for this.  It happens when the wallet height is less than a certain amount (you can replicate it by resizing the wallet to be shorter and you'll see them disappear).  I can fix it.

I agree anything under .00002600 is a steal

Updated Windows QT wallet 1.6.1.12:

https://mega.co.nz/#!8F1A0S4Q!Sz_DNeEBvQZn6XMrsfb0IIuhjc_viKt-h17kmmYgulc

Root cause of the propagation issue:
ReadFromDisk takes a true/false flag on whether to load transaction info, the block needs the tx info in order to determine if it is PoS or PoW and return the correct hash, the proof of stake check in kernel.cpp was calling it with "false", and therefore nodes were unable to validate the block because they were seeing a PoW hash instead of a PoS hash.

edit: as of 10:40PM EST I'm on block 7218 across a bunch of test wallets and nodes including the seeds.  You may need to resync to get to the latest.

Can't get it synced? Should I delete the everything in the roaming folder? (Except wallet.dat) Stuck on Block 7197.
Yes

Also, I dont see the sync, connections and staking icons - lower left area? I posted this earlier as well?

Do you have the tabs on the left hand side?
Laptop?
Resolution?

Yeah, I do see the tabs, i don't think its the resolution? It was fine in the last version?

Strange, someone mentioned the resolution on their screen didn't allow for the icons you are missing to appear till he had a second monitor hooked up.
Was curious if this was linked.
I would send the dev a pm, he is good for getting back to people promptly, regarding issues.

Alright, will do that, thanks.

Mac guy tells me this one doesn't bomb out, but it has a "flickering" issue that he's looking into that may be related to the QT 5.4 beta that he used.

Uhhhhh guys, didn't you see the last message from our dev?  Just close your damn wallets for now.  You are probably off on your own fork anyway.  Check the block explorer.  It hasn't budged for hours.  Await further word, buy some more cheap coins on trex to transfer once he gets the latest kink worked out.
This...   I'm working through it now.  I got the staking end working as you've seen, but the broadcast and acceptance by other nodes is what I'm working through now.

This isn't related to the different PoS hash, in this case it seems to be an issue with the unordered_maps I was using and the disk positions getting out of sync.

I'll get this out and an update to fix the artifacting in the volume chart, then I can proceed with what I wanted to get to today, which is roadmap etc.

Good news!

Should people refrain from sending coins until the next update?
Yes, just hang on a few minutes, I am building the new Windows wallet now.  Github is updated.  I found the root cause.
