Zclassic was only 3M market cap before creating Btc private. Everyone that owns zclassic will now get btc private. Hexx will do the same thing for Zerocoin protocol named BTC ZeroX. Check out White paper released today.

So the devs have murdered this coin with a new fork? Not sure if FUD but I'm glad I don't buy into these sort of things.. Even Bitconnect is still worth fucking $28m and that was a massive scam.. Crypto is such a joke.

BTCP is a new direction for the dev team of ZClassic.

But it's a brand new coin, no mining pools, no exchanges supported.

Mining pools will be up after mainnet launch at 2nd of march. A lot of miners will swap to BTCP instantly. Suprnova has already announced BTCP support and there are a lot of equihash fire power waiting.
Exchanges supporting BTCP are TradeSatoshi, KUCOIN and HitBTC. I think there will be more exchanges supporting BTCP in a few weeks, but cannot see the future so can't make a promise.

At what level people have bought seeing that it is easy to guess it will bounce back in next bull run of alternative coins markets. It may never see again such high price where it was once but form its current price still 5x can be considered, who knows. It is important to find out the bottom now to catch some more cheaper.

Not really sure what happened here as I don't follow ZClassic, but 90% down Jesus.. Looks like Bitconnect graph a couple weeks ago hahah. Hope anyone that has lost anything make a nice profit somewhere else eventually.

Is this a fork?

It's kind of a like a double-fork merger.. they took the ZCL blockchain and combined it with the BTC blockchain to create BTCP. (ZCL itself, was a fork of Zcash .. and then a ZCL fork created Zencash... so Zcash has a growing family tree  Wink)
