But I have a wallet, devteam made an update just last sunday, the roadmap got published today and the coinsupply is a messup of coinmarketcap wich is adressed.

The fee is over Pools commission, 1% to cover growth/evolution costs. It is actually very reasonable to cover growth costst with growth.
