@ lutsifer:

Hey mate, regarding the earnings estimator, when it comes to calculate the monthly amount, the right way to do it is to multiply the daily amount by 365 and then divide it by 12. It looks like you did something like "multiply the daily amount by 31"  Wink

 Grin Grin Grin

What about the option to show it for the current month?

No mater how you do it, it is always not very accurate.

With the rise of Zcoin, are you not afraid ZERO might be forgotten ?

Zero was not forgotten when it was really forgotten
so I doubt it will be ever forgotten especially now that it starting to be remembered Smiley

DM

There is so much practical use for a collectors item like this. the coin supply config, emission rate, lifespan (of infinity lol) and the fact that there was no ICO and nobody can dump the market who didnt work to get the coins... wow no 20% founders fee like zcoin has. there simply is no comparison to zcoin because it is entirely different. in my opinion those who would use zcoin would not use zcash zero komodo or any other zcash forks due the trusted setup. that is the one virtue that I can easily see with zcoin is that it is trustless.. however, they are far from smoothed out in the functionality of their promise.

as zcoin has gained so will this coin once people realize the novelty of a coin with no ico that is owned by the ppl Wink

the entire crypto market cap is raising exponentially and provided any coin is not a flop it should as well.. while the coins with particular virtue such as this will grow at a disproportionate advantage. just a matter of time for recognition.

Hello to community,

Hope this project rise as it should.

I am helping with mining at http://zero.forgetop.com

However i face some problems with optiminer 1.2 windows.

While all the 8 GPUs  are recognized, while mining, the miner stops displays the hash of some GPUs.
i.e sometimes GPU3 seems not to hashing , othertimes GPU6 etc.
Feels like at least one GPU is random disabled every time.

is there any parameter i missed? i am losing hash power this way.

If you refer for the cycle between two [Total] reports - it is normal sometimes to have a card missing hashrate report.
The cards do not obligatory give result in the time frame between two reports.

The only thing you should look for is to prevent miner from crashing (usually happens after high overclocking)

That is all.

Cheers && Happy Mining to all

I have rarely crashes with windows optiminer 1.2
Specially one after 5-6 days or when pool has no work to send.

My cards are not overclocked as well.

When a card disappeared has nothing to do with cycles.

i.e there are almost 2600 shares so far and GPU2 has no hash report for many hours.

So, anyone running windows optiminer has this issue?

Try to change pool, sometimes it's a ping delay problem
If problem continues , try to change riser of you card

This problem was repeated. Do you have any other AMD Windows miner for mining this coin?

Hey guys, I was wondering what are the most effective/power saving gpu settings for mining zero?

While mining ETH, I was undervolting the Sapphire RX480s by 66mV, power set at 75-80% and had the core/mem clocks set at 1150/2150.  As for the GTX1070s, I had them at 65%TDP with core/mem +150/+700.
Are the above settings optimal for mining zero?

Btw I am now mining @ Forgetop. There have been a couple of times that mining stopped because there is no work from the pool. Is this something being taken care about?

Oh and well done to everyone involved! Especially Demar!

Hey ConstantinGR,

Since you are the second person I hear about this waiting for work thing, I start believing it might be from the pool.
We work on the system all the time and sometimes the changes require system reboots that might affect mining process (mostly on windows).
Today we pretty much finished all major changes so it will most likely not happen again.

However keep in mind that mining zero has nothing in common with mining zcash or ETH and miners always try to reboot, freeze, report errors etc and this might be simply result of all this.

Sorry not for the moment.

Anyway, I 'm getting 10.5 S/s with each amd rx480/580 and 12 S/s with each GTX1070, with a total power consumption of 800W for the rig (3 amd 480/580 gpus and 3 gtx1070) which is not bad, I guess.
If anybody would like to share stats, that would be very welcome  Cool

Your numbers are optimal
Cant get any better than that with this setup

Thanks for the reply lutsifer. Do you have any advice regarding gpu (both for AMD & Nvidia) optimization?
I wish I could. Each card is individual case. It is not Nvidia vs AMD as usual.

I think we can create a section in the site where people can input cards && setting. It would be very useful like I saw something like this on zcash time ago.
