You are just deleting the chain. The daemon was associating identityd command with the old genesis block.

You need to delete the ".identity" folder before running

Ok so its just an issue the premined coins. I could either fix it or start the chain from 0. Im taking as a sign, that we should just open a fund for later fair distribution. Start from block 0
