I am down with trying to get one setup as well. I will be testing one tonight and see how it works out. I will keep you posted.
If you (the guy that said he did it before) would get one setup also that would be great.

Your looking for a p2pool, there are none setup as of yet.
can use nomp also but with sha256 coin hashrate is not good on my last try !

So my wallet has only one connection and has been stalling on synching (up to 418 blocks remaining now).
