I doubt if they are lying, I believe they will be on better exchanges..they would have learnt from starta. Well the ICO is on, though its progresing slowly, but I guess they will make it because the project is a very good one. 20% profit for token holders and 70% for miners anythime a voice transcription is made is quite rewarding. https://tokensale.anryze.com/

Only if we will see new exchanges. Two exchanges are extremely small for a normal price. The question is whether the new exchanges are planned - at least - livecoin? ...
