I would say buy what you can at these cheap prices and hold in your wallet as it'll most likely get delisted from Poloniex.

If the SYNC relaunch is successful the price may be a lot higher when it is listed on Bittrex...will be interesting to see what happens

It's in the devs best interest to get the SYNC price back up to at least 0.5BTC as he bought over 200 of them on the open market at the beginning and is still holding (as far as I can tell). Judging by his tweets and previous work he's a smart dude (a little wacky yes) however there's a good chance he can make something of this relaunch IMHO. I don't think people are going to bother selling this coin at any less than 0.02 unless they're desperate...

I truly hope you are correct because being delisted from POLO on 4 JAN 2017 has me a bit concerned! I also must agree with some of the others who have recently stated that the dev has [possibly] disappeared. I applied to join the SYNC VIP Club, & applied to become a verified SYNC "whale" over a week ago & still have not received any replies (according to http://syncfund.com/whales.html, persons holding 7 or more SYNC coins can apply to be verified & receive a free SYNC VIP Membership). I assumed a response would be fairly quick because they consider me a "whale", but it's been over a week with no responses - not for becoming a verified whale or joining the SYNC VIP Club. Lastly, some of the links on SYNC coins website (http://syncfund.com/index.html) are completely dead and/or the domain names do not even exist, & the SYNC "miles" Exchange is a one page website which offers nothing except a few quotes with a background picture.

Having said all of that, I genuinely hope you are correct, as I refuse to sell any of my SYNC at the current prices. I am far more inclined to take a complete loss by not selling in hopes that this (at one time GREAT & still potentially valuable) coin will survive & flourish once again..

The site owner has most altcoins available & does a good job at keeping them up-to-date (within 0-3 weeks old). I use the site very often and have never had any problems with any of the files I have downloaded. The downloads are generally very fast in my experiences as well!

Well, I don't see how phishing is relevant here.  But I can say that something smells "fishy" around this situation.

Gotta be your end.  Not sure what to say...2 clients working just fine on that right now.

No spaces before or after the IP.  And no ports indicated.  I tried reinstalling the wallet twice, debugging, etc.  Not much more to do but wait at this point.

Yeah its working just fine here. Do you have a space in front or behind the ip when you enter it?  No port either?

Thanks for trying to help out, do0d.  But that node did not work either.  Is it actually working for you?   In the wallet under "Nodes Control", I  typed in that IP address in the white box "Connected Nodes".  When I hit "Add node" and/or "Update" I get a red error message stating "Node connection failed".

Does anyone have a node which is working?  I tried all the nodes mentioned in previous posts.  Bootstrap is no longer available either.  Any fresh information much appreciated.
