Yesterday I received a stake, and staking of new coins was immediately disabled.

Now the stake received 52 confirmations, and it is mature now, but staking did not restart...

Have I to wait other 948 confirmations before staking restart again?

I think once all three of the exchanges are back to full strength we should see a nice jump in SYNC. Maybe up to 0.6 within a few hours.

None here. And i just received my first stake on 0.148 SYNC so there doesn't seem to be a minimum to steak either.
