Yes, I was not care about the 1% stake at all and no plan to move them to wallet.(keep in exchange.)

IMO it's way too much..

But the model might be improved;

Year 1: 10% -->fast increase in adoption, but most people will hold and stake
Year 2: 7,5% --> Same as 1st Year
Year 3: 5% --> More exchanging hands
Year 4: 2,5% --> Even more exchanging hands, but the adoption should be already nice
Year 5 and after: 1% --> Prevent the inflation and secure the network
