After you fill out the form it explicitly says it has been entered into a queue - give it time (I am still waiting as well - but happily!)
But the registration date of your account should be ealier than the launch date of AsiaCoin.

If you have a twitter account that's been made before AC launch then you could probably go that route. If not and they stick to their guns then you might be out of luck.
