It's based off the number of shares you send basically. So the more hash you provide, and the longer you mine, the more tickets you earn.

Ive emailed Talesfromthescrypt. I too need to withdraw some coins.
Its been six hours, no dev online.
Im going to be jumping to another pool if it carries on, and of course if I need to do that then no matter if its deserved or not, they go on my scam list
