Something is seriously fucked up here... the dots aint connecting. Who discovered the hidden code? Could this be like a scam inception.... where the scammer dev is getting scammed by a bigger scammer. I really doubt the dev is lingering around to give out info about ACV2. This doesnt look like a simple dev trying to sell his coins. I can't prove it, but I think the 3 / 60 billion is not in the hands of the dev. Any constructive thought anyone?
