It seems there is problem with Twitter api which is not syncing properly I also had same issue nothing updated on my side too. I hope dev team will get resolved the issue on time and all people will get paid for their efforts.

Honestly, they are. I click on bitcointalk banners all the time and learn about ICO's from the people I recognize here.
But I also believe the blogging method reaches the most uninformed people looking to toss a couple bucks in and potentially those larger investors.
