Bittrex delisted ams a while ago, you can see your wallet if you already had one before, but it is extremely out of sync and you can't create new wallets or send/receive coins

Have you replace the bootstrap with the new one the OP share?
The new bootstrap.zip file size is ~700mb. Or Maybe it's because your internet connection.

Also, thanks for the aidrop devs. I hope this coin have a bright future after this.

before bootstrap its estimated at `1 year 25 weeks but after replacing with the boostrap files it comes down to the ~8 ~~days~~ hours to go
so am guessing Goruno already did that step and the slow syc might be because you are tethering your internet through some vpn try connect without it,works like a charm

1. Close the wallet.

2. The files in bootstrap zip are:

smsgDB
txlevldb
blk0001.dat
peers.dat

3. Put these in C:\Users\YOUR NAME USER\AppData\Roaming\AmsterdamCoin2

4. Restart the wallet

5. In a once it will be sync.

Yes, it's a new zip file now.
The file with 400mb is old one and it doesn't work.

I can only see one file that is bootstrap.dat
I downloaded the zip file from the link mentioned in the Op. after extract the file size is 449 MB
