I'm still having some issue trying to send the rewards from the master node to the staking wallet. When you choose the inputs put in the address and the amounts.
Press the send button.
Get a confirm that you want to send the coins.
Get a 2nd confirm asking if you want to pay the fees. Then here it sometimes hangs. The screen does not clear the values but you can see the total change as it marks those inputs sent but it just get 'conflicted'
Sometime is works when you shut down the master node. Restart it. Before starting the master node you can send out the inputs and the start up the master node.

2nd issue is the 'custom change address' does not seem to work. So I was sending coins from the master node to the staking wallet so I  put the same address in both the 'pay to' and the 'custom change address' but it only send one batch and the change went back to the same wallet with a new address.

I will solve those issues in the next release (3.0.0.1). Now I will first promote the wallet for production. Release notes will follow soon.

Can anyone confirm this is how far we are:

Rescanning last 1001239 blocks (from block 0)...

Block height of 1001239 at UTC 4h25 approx.

I have one master node running and one staking wallet and I'm on height 1001654. Master node is receiving payments and the wallet is staking. I tried sending all of the payment to my staking wallet but it says 'conflicted' when trying to send. So I needed to do a repairwallet to recover those inputs. I will try  later to sending those payment to my staking wallet.

Edit: It seems like the wallet is staking and the master node is getting payments. I was able to send some of the master node payments to the staking wallet.

I have added some checkpoints and seed nodes to the wallet: https://github.com/CoinProjects/AmsterdamCoin/releases/download/v2.9.9.9-beta/amsterdamcoin-qt-2_9_9_9-beta-windows.zip

Current height is 1001817, here is the bootstrap: https://www.amsterdamcoin.com/download/bootstrap.zip

Think we soon can hit production with this wallet  Smiley

We only want the FACTS!
Is there a block exploere? What is the current block. I see there are two chains using 2.9.9.9.

No there are 2 wallet versions, the 2.9.9.9. is a beta wallet released just a couple of days ago.
A block explorer is found at http://ams.midnightminer.net/ but is currently not displaying the last blocks correctly.
At the moment we are at block 993750.

I will look into this.

I have 2 nodes running as seed nodes.  I will upgrade one of them to test the beta.

Block Explorer is running version 2.9.9.9 and is currently sync'ing.

So, I got a master node going last night about 9 PM EST and it received payments and worked until 6:07 AM EST this morning. Since then it just have been getting payments then they all go orphan. That seems the same for my wallet that was staking. It staked some and now it has inputs that should stake but it thinks there is no input to stake. I made a payment to myself with my wallet but those payment get about 25~27 confirms then it goes orphan.

I also tried to sync with the boot strap posted at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18642817 and that took about 3 hours and it got me to the same place where I was.

Wanted: BETA testers

We need BETA testers to test our brand new wallet code:
  • Total code upgrade -> Bitcoin Core 0.12 (BIPS implemented)
  • Improved syncing / no more hangs and faster sync
  • Updated masternode code / more stable
  • Less memory and cpu usage
  • Banning support for misbehaving nodes
  • Many many more

Testing should include:
  • Syncing
  • Staking
  • Masternodes

New BETA wallet can be found here:
https://github.com/CoinProjects/AmsterdamCoin/releases/download/v2.9.9.9-beta/amsterdamcoin-qt-2_9_9_9-beta-windows.zip

Wallet can be used on the regular production chain and does not require swaps or hard forks  Cool

Please post your findings here.

Friendly reminder:
Please let me know your testing results. Did the following work for you:

  • Syncing
  • Staking
  • Masternodes

I want to proceed with the new wallet as soon as possible so that Yobit can apply the update. After that I will publish a roadmap with the great new plans I have for AmsterdamCoin. It is going to be huge, that is all I say for now.

Amsterdam coin project is still an active project.  Real life happens to get in the way of things and delays how things happen.

But the Dev is still around and he has support.  So I wouldn't give up on the coin just yet!

I like it. I started my wallet again version v2.4.0.0-gc6b5a26

I have no experience it. But I want to help. How can i Help?
