Of course, either way you will have a distribution problem where usage will be non existent as a few people hold coins waiting for a pump to offload.
The coin is very young, and I can so many usages for "Amsterdam coin". The possibilities are ENDLESS!!! But everything takes time. I can assure you Amsterdam coin will go big, and crush its competitors.

Yes, fist weeks. I kept my miners on even i was on vacation, logging true teamviewer. Great times.
But that is normal for new coins. The difficulty is low when the coin is relatively unknown. It has nothing to do with poor development or bad intentions like Tommyticker suggests. I like to hear that you had a good time with the coin and mining. That is how it supposed to be.

You obviously do not know what you are talking about. The old chain could be mined by everyone during the one week swap. The address you mention is the Yobit exchange address. I think you talk like this because you just missed the boat.

Past days i bought AMS as a long term investment
I had few coins but i think i missed swap 
The swap not went out complains, For example one autistic boy lost 310.000 AMS, he did not read the deadline got shift due to school work. I think Kees send 50.000 to cover some of his loss due to the shift. People got of track due to the shift deadline i guess.
The mac wallet I will arrange.
I am sorry for the people who did not make it in time to change their coins. At this moment I know about 2 people who missed it. I had over 200 swap requests, so it is less than 1%. I did pay the guy 50000 AMS from my own pocket because I feel sorry for him. At that moment he was the only one with complains. I think we had a good reasson to end the swap earlier. More people would have been duped if we would have let it continue. It was announced multiple times here and on Twitter and on the website.
