I don't think BCC can be revived as it is however I do think it would be possible to do a BCC swap to a new coin that offered a proper legal way to do term deposits for increased POS rewards...
I think a lot of people out there may have the old BCC coin which is devalued and delisted on the exchanges with such low trading volume the coin is more or less dead... I think those people would possibly be interested in a path forward and I mentioned this in this thread some time back and my dev team is still discussing it...

stumbled upon the subreddit today of BCC.....man how depressing...some of the post right around when it went down are shocking if true...

BCC is one of those mainly to blame why BTC went spiral down in value. That's why noobs are afraid to invest in cryptocurrencies. So the question now is that Will the dead BCC rise up again? Only if people still trust the BCC devs. I wish it will not rise again so that it will not infect BTC of its disease again.
Look, there are 100's of coins like BCC, you can't blame BCC as the sole reason for Bitcoins drop. Bitcoin has been dropping hard because it went up too much too quickly.

Scrypt is dead. Just let it go. It is finished and will be left for dead by everyone real soon. BCC has no future as far as I can see.
@YuTü.Co.in it is impossible to access the website, they have taken a long time to eliminate it, they may believe that they do not leave a trace
