But remaining 10% successful project can can cover all expenses

Bitcomo pre-sale is closed and it is written that it was sold 4800000 bm. But as far as I remember at the end of the presale, only 1,300,000 bm were sold. Had anybody bought 3500000 BM at the very end of the period? Or how it turned out like this?
