Most of the code changes are done for the new wallet. Right now I'm testing the current chain on a local testnet to switch to PoSv3 and see if everything works as wanted.
I'm aiming for a wallet release early Q3 2017, the website will be updated around the same time.
Exact date and hard fork block height will be communicated in time and we will coordinate with the exchanges to update their wallets before the hard fork.

It's not yet, but it can become. If BitStar were not a promising project, it would not be listed in exchanges such as POLONIEX.
The future of BitStar, as well as price, depends on the success in implementing POS V3 and bring differentiators to the project. We have some examples in the currencies market that have successfully migrated to POS - and obtaned high prices. NeosCoin:

As we have seen lately there's been great intrest on trading for bitstar and price have been on uptrend. Bitstar is very undervalued currently and probably will maintain uptrend on coming weeks. It was left behind of this spring bull run and hopefully it will slowly catch market. To be there price would have to be near 3000sat.

Nice to see on of the earlier coins still being in development, i remember buying and miniing it when it was new.
The dev always seemed to be arround and still is, cant say that of many of the other coins even ones that have 100x the marketcap of bitstar.
Really want to say good job to the dev, hes obviously not a money grabbing liar like most of those guys, thank you bitstar dev, im gonna follow your coin more closely again.
I remember this was trading at bittrex, unfortunate that they delisted it.

Thanks, not been around much last week, and won't be for a few days due to real life things, but will be working on the coin again asap, and the main coin dev is currently still working hard on getting the new wallet tested and ready, i believe he should be posting something soon
