These are sponsors of jsDELIVR (CDN provider in China) https://www.jsdelivr.com/features/cdn-in-asia-and-china. They are an open source provider and have attracted the sponsor I listed https://www.jsdelivr.com/sponsors/our-sponsors. These sponsors are paying a monthly fee presumably to provide CDN coverage throughout Asia. It seems to me that they are ripe prospects to partner with by providing a cheaper blockchain alternative. Again, there appears to be leverage here such that you could negotiate an upfront payment (buying into the ICO) in exchange for future services. You will need to contact them to discuss how this might shape itself.
