After two days with Bminer, its has a little bit more hashrate than and very low rejected shares with overclocked settings so far....

I am getting a weird error only on one of my workers using BMINER. The error is::
Checking updates
Failed to retrieve the update: The information has expired.
It just repeats that like 20 times then the miner starting with no issues how do i fix that?

Can you try deleting firmware.bin on that worker?
I tried that and I still have that issue. What else can I try?
Can you please make sure that the time of the worker is properly synced?

Hello, I'm seeing very good hashrate with this miner, but number of rejected shares is high too, 4-6 % on two different machines. Most common is "share above target", what does it mean?
P.S. On EWBF I have 0.5% rejected shares, so it's not OC or anything.

Which pool are you currently using? Will need more information to look into it.
I like bminer, and I'd like to use it, but on nicehash sometimes it works fine for hours, and then starts to show rejected shares one by one, and miner even restarts because of it. If you need more info, tell me please.
Just to confirm, are you using 5.1.0?

Did anybody get the email adress working?
I followed the example exactly but my nanopool account page just shows
workerFmail0example.com as my worker name when I use -uri stratum://wallet.worker%2Fmail%[email protected]:6666.
This is honestly the worst way I ever saw anybody program something like this.

Wondering if anyone here can help me out. I normally use DSTM to mine equihash but wanted to try out BMiner on my system. However when I try to run it the cmd prompt opens, gives no output, then closes. I'm at a loss with troubleshooting since there is no feedback.
My config file is correct:
In searching around for others experiencing the same problem I only found one dude near the beginning of this forum who didn't have the best English and got ignored.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped and would rather not reformat my system.

Delete the START “Bminer: When Crypto-mining Made Fast"
Then add a pause at the end and it should stay open to allow you to see why it’s failing.

Is it possible to increase the Sol/s with more optimizations or is what we have now about as good as it's going to get?

As of a sudden my bminer is not able to get any hashes from my GPU's while my rig is working norally with EWBF or DSTM, I also tried the latest bminer version 5.1.0 but no luck
I tried rebooting the rig a couple of times but the issue is still there, any idea what could be causing it?

This is a known issue in 5.1.0 especially you're mining toward NiceHash. Please stay tuned. It will be addressed in the next release.

im using Bminer on 2 ring : no probleme ,
today i started my 3th rig and many probleme with it
at start bminer look for update but cant get it ..... and no minning
after many try , bminer look start
but it eat all my cpu ! :
im clearly not ok for autoupdate or let us a choice to do not ...
on many app when new update many probleme ...
i got the same as : Helios45
0 sol at start &
but sol start slowly ...
i got three rig ,all the same hardware / sofware is the same G4400,Z270P,4G ddr4,same SSD , 7x1060 3g zotac mini , same windows 7.64 pro ,updated ,same driver ......
same one rig was at 50° ,2th is at 54°
can you look to check limit T° for stop or slow down card ?

HI guys. First time using BMiner. I always use EWBF. So I tried BMiner today and i get 30-40 sol/s more than with EWBF. I will test this on my pool im using: miningpoolhub - and compare agains yesterday's results with EWBF. The results below is from a Asus NVidia GTX 1080 8GB card and a Nvidia 1050ti 4gb card
If you didn't, try going through the process of finding the best OC settings for your cards using bminer. I found that the results could be quite a bit better compared to just using the ewbf OC settings.
Overall, I found that dstm and bminer seemed to perform their respective best with same OC settings (again, different than the 'best' OC settings for ewbf), with bminer providing a slightly higher hashrate.
