Ok im back huge success 
i found out how to fix it, if your having this problem go into settings then network (In BitBronze-qt) and turn off "Map port using UPnP" and turn off "Connect through SOCKS proxy" (if it is checked) then it should work. YAY

I just opened my BitBronze wallet & have connections & in sync...
I have 10 Nodes connected & the last block was found roughly 7 days ago (Block 4723)
You must be doing something wrong... Have you tried port forwarding or putting the client on the firewall exemption list ?

I just allowed it through firewall but still isnt working and I cant port forward my router/modem doesnt allow me
Also it just says no block source available and i cant connect to any nodes

No one is mining right now, that's about it, I wouldn't call it dead.
Add the nodes in your .conf file and you will get a blocksource and download the chain.

Are you saving it as "all files" and not as a txt document ?
