It would be awesome if bitsend could be added to that masternode hosting service. Anyhow i don't think that bsd Dev can do something about that... It's mnsimple owner that choose which coin to add.

If they make bsd available I will surely try their service.

Did not know about that. When did they close? Thought they acquiesced in a judges decision to stay operational till the halvening. They had to stick to what they were ordered to do despite unfavorable situation for their business. If it is no longer possible to stay up they must initiate a handover of their license to someone with better management skills. Seems like this puts BitSend's future at stake as much as it questions its ability to survive.

Nothing special if BSD price has moved 64 Satoshi already because we know that BSD team already stopped giving updates about BSD and the trading volume also comes down and investors also lose their hope in BSD.

Yes mate we are expecting more crypto exchanges to list BSD but the bitsend team have to take responsibility about that but they are not going take any action about it and not given any announcement about bitsend project current status maybe BSD game is over.
