...I am sorry to say that American Citizens wont be able to join the platform, as their laws are very strict and strange regarding who can invest money and who cannot. We want to avoid having troubles with SEC and other US state institutions that control the finances there. In European Union it will be very legal, as crowd-funding and trading is accepted by the majority of European countries.
All the best!
What laws do you believe prevent US Citizens from investing? We invest in foreign projects all the time.
I refer to Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), they have very strict and strange regulations that do not allow American citizens to invest.
Read here some info:
http://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/securities_exchange_act_of_1934 Under the Exchange Act, the SEC can sanction, fine and discipline market participants - both organizations and associated individuals - who violate federal securities laws. Being an European company we cannot function under this regulation, so US citizens may not be able to invest money on the online platform, even if they receive a palpable asset, not a volatile investment.
However, a lawyer will take care of these issues and if there are some legal ways to solve this issue, we will do it.
